Calibrating scales

I bought some scales today and calibrated them so they showed 0 when I wasn't standing on them. But since air is heavier than you'd think, shouldn't I actually calibrate them a little past 0, to take into account the volume of the air that I displace when is stand on the scales?* Have I got this right? I suspect that the amount I should calibrate by would be less than half a kilogram, which is not enough for my scales to measure accurately.

Apparently this sort of calibration is called "bouncy correction", and this site talks about it a little.

*Well, assuming I were some kind of measurement obsessive.
